ANNUAL  - $ 20.00
An annual membership - must be renewed yearly.  		 
LIFETIME  - $ 200.00
A lifetime membership - no expiration.  		 
ASSOCIATE  - $ 24.00
An annual membership - must be renewed yearly. This membership is for those who are not nuclear weapons techs. IE: Spouses, children, civilians working closely in the weapons field, etc.  		 
(Your initial membership fee will be processed once you complete the confirmation step. You will be able to cancel automatic renewals at any time by logging in to your account or contacting us.)

  Enter the date you entered the Military: YYYY-MM-DD Civilians enter the date you began your Government Service, or leave at default date. If you don't remember the exact DAY, just enter '01' for the day.

  Enter the date you retired or was discharged from the Military: YYYY-MM Civilians enter the date you left your Government Service, or leave at default date. If you do not remember the exact day, enter '01'.

  Associate Member Response Only: Please enter the reason you're requesting membership in the NWTA.
  Please enter the locations where you were stationed during your career. Please enter in the format: Base:Squadron/Unit:From & To Dates For associate membership requests, please enter locations where you worked, moved with your military spouse, etc.
  Enter the AFSC you last held, if not a Nuclear Weapons AFSC (IE: 331x0A, 463x0, 2W2) show the last time you worked in the Nuclear Weapons field in your list of Bases or your biography. Civilians enter your GS level, or CIV.
